Johnsons is pleased to announce the successful sale of a private, mid-sized Australian business to a related trade buyer. After facilitating a compre-hensive, end-to-end sales and nego-tiations process, our client – FRC Environmental – has been acquired by SLR Consulting Australia for an undisclosed amount. FRC is a boutique consultancy offering a wide range of capabilities relevant to the assessment, management, and remediation of aquatic ecosystems. SLR Australia is the local subsidiary of the United Kingdom’s SLR Consulting Limited – a global leader in the provision of sustainability solutions.
The team at Johnsons were pleased to act as lead advisors to FRC Environmental’s directors and would like to extend our congratulations to both the vendor and the purchaser.
In 2023, FRC’s long-standing owners sought to create a succession strategy that would support future growth. They engaged Johnsons to undertake an international campaign on their behalf, seeking a strategic acquirer for the Business. Marketing & sales activities generated strong interest, and within 8 weeks, Offer & Acceptance was secured with the preferred buyer and eventual purchaser.
